Boulder Police Animal Protection officers asking for the public’s help to identify a woman and reunite a puppy that escaped from its guardian this past week.

Shortly after 11 a.m. on June 10, MoMo—a 4-month old, female Maltese puppy—slipped out of the front door of a business in the 1600 block of 30th Street. Surveillance video showed the woman pictured below picking up MoMo about a minute later and carrying her away.

MoMo did not have a collar on, but has a microchip. We are asking for the public’s help to identify this woman and find MoMo. If you have any information about her identity or where MoMo is, please call BPD Animal Protection at 303-441-3333
