The Boulder Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find Richard “Dick” Williams, 90, who suffers from dementia.

He was last seen late Wednesday night driving a 2006, gold Toyota Prius with the Colorado license plate of 284VPO near Good Samaritan Hospital.
