UPDATE:  Late last night police located the man. He was medically cleared and then taken to the Boulder County Jail on multiple outstanding warrants. 

Boulder Police are looking for a man believed to be suicidal that was last seen in the area just south of 19th and Yarmouth at approximately 2:38 p.m (today). He is believed to be traveling on foot or driving a 2002 Gold Toyota RAV4. If you see this man do not contact him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
