Boulder Police Arrest Homicide Suspect

On Saturday October 24, 2020 at 11:20 a.m. police responded to the park north of the Dairy Center at Folsom and Walnut on a deceased male.  The male had substantial injuries, and will be identified by the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.

Late last night detectives following up on several leads located a male in the same park where the victim was located yesterday morning.  The male was transported to the police department where he was identified as the suspect in the homicide.  An Arrest warrant was prepared and signed this morning.  The suspect was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On Saturday October 24, 2020 at 11:20 a.m. police responded to the park north of the Dairy Center at Folsom and Walnut on a deceased male.  The male had what appeared to be substantial injuries. The scene was secured by patrol officers and detectives were called and responded for the investigation.

Detectives will be working with the Boulder County Coroner’s Office who will identify the male and determine the Cause and Manner of death.  Detectives are looking for anyone who may have witnessed any type of incident in the park north of the Dairy Center from 7:00 pm last evening until 11:20 this morning.

The case number for this incident is 20-10197.
